M Squared Custom Homes
M Squared Custom Homes LLC is a premiere custom home builder in the East Tennessee area. The company was founded back in 2016 and has since grown into a multi-million dollar custom home builder with clients from all over the country.
Our design sought to highlight and organize their projects into an easy to view website. M Squared wanted a solution that reflected their high-end modern and farmhouse homes, so we chose a sleek, dark color pallet with earthy tones of green and orange mixed in. We kept the design simple, with a clean home-page and an image fueled layout.
A powerful social media presence is essential for a company like M Squared, but after disappointing results and engagement with other marketing companies their social media platforms became disorganized and inactive. We presented a plan to not only boost engagement but to also showcase their work in a modern format. Our first post as their manager had over a 90% reach to engagement ratio, the highest on their page to date.
