Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit captivating video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and events.
• Plan and execute creative ideas for content shoots for social media clients and commercial work.
• Lead our videography and photography work.
• Communicate with our social media team to plan social media content and productions.
• Oversee all media production efforts at Pursuit Digital.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in video editing with strong skills in videography.
• Experience using prosumer cameras and equipment (cameras, microphones, gimbals, etc.).
• Basic photography skills and photo editing experience.
• Highly creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must live in or near Knoxville year-round.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Own personal equipment to supplement our gear.
• Skilled in photo editing and have in-depth photography experience.
• Drone-licensed with a background in drone work (Part 107).
• Basic knowledge of animation and/or Adobe After Effects.

Schedule & Pay:

• This is a full-time, salaried position, requiring 40 hours per week, with local travel for video and photo shoots (typically 50 miles from our office).
• Pay starts at $50,400, with opportunities for bonuses.

Location:

• Our office is located at 154F Market Place Blvd in West Knoxville, about 15 minutes from the University of Tennessee.
• This role requires in-person attendance with local travel for shoots.
