We’re looking for a Social Video Specialist to join the team at Pursuit Digital. This is a full-time role where 90% of your time will be spent on social shoots and editing short-form content. If you live on Reels, TikTok, and Shorts and love the idea of creating that content for real brands, this job was built for you.
You’ll work side-by-side with our Director of Production, using our full lineup of gear (cameras, drones, gimbals, lighting, audio) to capture content and then cut it into polished, engaging edits that actually get posted. This isn’t a grunt-work role. The stuff you shoot and edit will go live, get seen, and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:
- Film short-form content for clients (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Edit everything you shoot into scroll-stopping content.
- Bring creative ideas to shoots and help clients show off their best side.
- Use our gear like it’s your own (and keep it in top shape).
- Work closely with our team to deliver content that’s sharp, on-brand, and ready to post.

What It Takes:
- Strong editing skills and a good eye for videography.
- Experience with professional cameras and gear.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Living in/around Knoxville (this is an in-person role).
Bonus points if you’ve got:
- Already edit in Davinci Resolve (what we use).
- Photo skills (basic shooting/editing).
- A drone license (Part 107).
The Details:
- Full-time (40+ hours per week).
- Local travel for shoots (usually within 50 miles of Knoxville).
- Salary starts at $42,000.
- Three weeks PTO, 10 paid holidays, annual bonus opportunities.
