Office Manager
Part-time • On-site in Knoxville, TN • $20/hour
About Pursuit Digital
Pursuit Digital is a Knoxville-based, full-service digital marketing firm built on honesty, humility, and excellence. Our team works hard, cares deeply, and loves seeing businesses thrive through marketing that reflects the best of their brand.
If you’re looking for a place where faith, excellence, and teamwork come together, you’ll fit right in.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organized, dependable Office Manager to help keep Pursuit running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on, flexible role for someone who loves organization, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys taking miscellaneous tasks off other people’s plates.
Some responsibilities will be recurring. Others will change week to week. One day you may be organizing our office and restocking supplies, and the next you may be coordinating team travel, cleaning up records in Pipedrive, running an errand, or helping organize a company event.
This is not a role where every responsibility will fit neatly into a job description. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable being the person who can step in, figure things out, and help take care of the many small operational details that keep a growing company moving.
What You’ll Do
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked office.
- Manage snacks, drinks, coffee, bathroom supplies, and general office supplies.
- Get and organize mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Run miscellaneous company errands as needed.
- Help coordinate team travel, hotels, transportation, and related logistics.
- Assist with office decor, furniture, organization, and improvements.
- Help with miscellaneous Gusto administration, including expenses and time-off requests.
- Categorize transactions and assist with basic QuickBooks organization.
- Keep Pipedrive records clean and organized.
- Help maintain and organize Asana projects, tasks, naming conventions, and workspaces.
- Help clean up and organize Google Drive.
- Coordinate office vendors, repairs, maintenance, and service providers when needed.
- Assist with team lunches, events, celebrations, retreats, and other company activities.
- Help with new-hire setup and other basic onboarding logistics.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative and operational projects as they come up.
What Success Looks Like
- The office stays clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the team.
- Small administrative tasks get handled before they turn into bigger problems.
- Our systems stay organized and accurate.
- You notice things that need attention without always needing someone to point them out.
- Team members know they can trust you to take something off their plate and get it handled.
- You’re comfortable jumping between very different types of tasks throughout the week.
- You consistently create more organization around you than you found.
You’ll Thrive Here If
- You’re extremely organized and naturally detail-oriented.
- You’re the kind of person who likes lists, systems, clean spaces, and things being where they’re supposed to be.
- You notice small problems and would rather fix them than walk past them.
- You enjoy variety and don’t need every day to look exactly the same.
- You’re comfortable being given a problem and figuring out how to solve it.
- You communicate clearly and follow through.
- You take ownership instead of waiting to be reminded.
- You’re willing to jump into miscellaneous tasks when the team needs help.
- You enjoy supporting others and making an organization run better behind the scenes.
What We Offer
- Competitive pay: $20/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.
- Part-time schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week.
- Retirement planning: Access to our company 401(k), plus a company match.
- Culture that’s alive: Retreats, serve days, team lunches, birthday treats, and company celebrations.
- Faith-driven environment: We pray together, serve together, and work hard to honor God through how we treat clients and each other.
Requirements
- Deep alignment with Pursuit’s values of honesty, humility, and excellence.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and follow-through.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
- Ability to manage multiple small projects and responsibilities at once.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and willingness to look for answers before asking for help.
- Comfortable running errands and handling hands-on office tasks.
- Must live near Knoxville and have reliable transportation.
- Prior administrative, office management, operations, or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
