Video Specialist

Pursuit Digital is hiring a full-time Video Specialist to join our growing production team. If you’re ready to step into a production role where you feel valued, align culturally, and can contribute meaningfully to a team, this is the position for you!‍

You'll work directly alongside our production team producing excellent content for organizations across Knoxville and beyond. Our Video Specialists execute client projects from shooting to delivery, gaining comprehensive production experience.

What You'll Do:

• Film and edit captivating video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and events.
• Serve on-set regularly, leading shoots, running cams, and everything in between.
• Plan and execute creative ideas for social media clients and commercial work.
• Collaborate with our web and social departments to create excellent content for the clients we serve.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in video editing with strong skills in videography.
• Experience using prosumer cameras and equipment.
• Highly creative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must live in or near Knoxville year-round.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Basic photography skills and photo editing experience.
• Video editing experience in DaVinci Resolve (our editing software).
• Experience with Sony cameras and/or DJI gear.
• Drone-licensed or a background in drone work.

• Salary starting at $42,000/year, plus bonuses via our profit-share bonus program.

This is a full-time, in-person, salaried position, with local travel for video and photo shoots, plus occasional non-local travel for national clientele.
