Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished deliverables for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Organize project files and follow internal naming/backup systems.
• Attend key shoots to assist with lighting, gear, and production support.
• Communicate clearly with team leads and follow direction efficiently.
• Handle feedback and revisions with professionalism and care.
• Maintain high standards for quality and consistency.

Most of your work will involve cutting short-form, high-quality social media videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, alongside branded web content.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software (Final Cut Pro strongly preferred).
• Must be based in or near Knoxville and available for in-person shoots and meetings.
• Access to transportation for local shoots.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience filming with mirrorless cameras (Sony preferred).
• Comfortable with basic lighting/audio setup.
• Prior freelance or internship experience in video content creation.

Schedule & Pay:

• $20/hour
• 10–15 hours per week to start, with potential for more as we grow.
• Flexible schedule that can work around classes, but availability for some daytime shoots is required.

Location:

• Our office is located at 154F Market Place Blvd in West Knoxville, about 15 minutes from the University of Tennessee.
• This role requires in-person attendance with local travel for shoots.
