The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Web Design Resident to support Pursuit’s growing Web Services department. This role is hands-on in Webflow from day one. You’ll collaborate directly with our Director of Web Services and web team to maintain, update, and improve client websites across Webflow and related platforms. This includes supporting new build launches, executing site changes, and managing content updates, all while learning the Pursuit workflow for premium web delivery.

Our Residency Program

The Pursuit Digital Residency Program is a hands-on development track for emerging creatives who want real agency experience.

Residents work directly alongside our directors on active client projects across web, video, and social. The purpose of the program is simple: to provide meaningful hands-on learning in a professional environment, sharpen creative and organizational skills, and build a portfolio of work that reflects high standards and real-world expectations.

Residents are being equipped for full-time roles, either at Pursuit Digital or in the broader workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine websites in Webflow.
• Support Webflow site buildouts for active client projects.
• Strengthen on-site SEO through well-structured content and performance best practices.
• Support Google tools and platforms such as Business Profiles and Workspace.
• Launch website updates tied to managed client websites.
• Ensure every update ships polished, responsive, and on-brand.

Requirements

• Personal alignment with Pursuit’s mission and values.
• Basic experience with Webflow.
• HTML, CSS, and web design principles preferred.
• Live in or around Knoxville, and have reliable transportation to our West Knoxville office.
