The Opportunity

We’re hiring a full-time Website Designer to join our growing Web Services department.

This role is hands-on in Webflow and focused on helping us build, update, launch, and maintain high-quality client websites. You’ll work directly with our Director of Web Services and support a variety of website projects, from new builds and landing pages to client revisions, content updates, QA, and launch prep.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys clean design, organized websites, practical problem-solving, and seeing projects come to life. Webflow experience is a plus, but not required. If you understand websites, have a good design eye, and are comfortable learning a new platform, we can train you in the Pursuit Webflow process.

What You’ll Do

• Build and refine websites in Webflow.
• Support new website buildouts for active client projects.
• Create and update pages based on approved direction, layouts, and brand standards.
• Manage CMS content, images, forms, buttons, links, redirects, and basic SEO fields.
• Review websites for responsive quality across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Help prepare websites for launch through QA, testing, cleanup, and final checks.
• Work with the Web Services team to ensure every site is polished, organized, responsive, and on-brand.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building or editing websites in Webflow or similar platform.
• A good eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual consistency.
• Basic understanding of responsive web design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SEO basics, and website performance best practices.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow direction while still thinking independently.
• A teachable, organized, team-first attitude.
• Personal alignment with Pursuit’s mission and values.
• Must live in or around Knoxville and have reliable transportation to our West Knoxville office.
