Pursuit Digital's 2026 Team Retreat in Gatlinburg
Pursuit Digital kicked off 2026 with a team retreat in Gatlinburg focused on vision, time together, good food, and plenty of fun in the Smoky Mountains.
From January 9–11, we took the Pursuit team and spouses to Gatlinburg for our 2026 team retreat, and it was such a fun way to start the year.
We stayed in an Airbnb overlooking Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains and spent part of the weekend vision casting for 2026, talking about where Pursuit is headed and what we're excited to build together this year.
We also made sure there was plenty of time to just enjoy being together. There was pizza the first night, dinner at Smoky Mountain Brewery, a lot of good food at the cabin, Gang Beasts on the Xbox, VR, pool, a racing simulator, the hot tub, and a surprisingly competitive effort to beat the old Donkey Kong arcade game.
More than anything, we're leaving the weekend really grateful for this team. We got a lot of laughs, great conversations, and time together outside of the normal workday, and it was a good reminder of how thankful we are for the people we get to build Pursuit alongside.
We're excited about what's ahead in 2026 and grateful we got to start it together in the Smoky Mountains.
