Jaden Mathews

Meet Jaden Mathews

Jaden grew up in Texas before moving to Nashville to attend Lipscomb University, where she was a track and field student-athlete. She earned her BA in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing in 2025. After graduation, she moved to Knoxville, where she began building her career in graphic design and project management. She’s excited to bring that creative and organizational background to Pursuit Digital.

In her role as Office Manager, Jaden helps keep the office and team running smoothly so everyone can focus on doing their best work. She enjoys being the person behind the scenes who keeps track of the details, stays organized, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Her background in both design and project management has given her a love for bringing structure to creative environments and supporting a team however she can.

Outside of work, Jaden enjoys running, playing pickleball, baking sourdough, and hosting game nights with her favorite people. Although she’s a Texas native, Jaden was born a Vols fan and has been cheering for Tennessee from day one.
